Human Resources Administration Staff

Organize and manage documents, files, and dispatches; coordinate office work; manage assets and facilities; provide logistical support for company operations. Recruit, train, arrange, and develop employees; manage labor contracts, salary, insurance, and welfare regimes; build and maintain corporate culture. Quantity: 01 – working at Loc Son Industrial Park, B’lao Ward, Lam Dong Province. Working hours: Administrative from Monday to Saturday. Job details:

  • Manage personnel records, draft employment contracts and related decisions.
  • Carry out recruitment work: posting information, screening applications, interviewing, arranging interview schedules, summarizing results, reporting results, supporting training of new employees, etc.
  • Human resources work: track attendance, arrange meeting rooms, draft documents, contracts, etc.
  • Perform office administrative work: document, archive, purchase of stationery, asset management. – Support the organization of internal activities and company events.
  • Other tasks as directed by superiors.
  • Other tasks will be discussed directly during the interview.

Request:

  • Educational level: College degree or higher in human resource management, accounting, culture, social sciences, archival, administration,…
  • Foreign language proficiency: Knowing a foreign language is an advantage.
  • Computer: Proficient in office software, Excel.
  • Experience: Priority is given to candidates with 6 months – 1 year of experience in the field of HR.
  • Knowledge: Have professional qualifications in the field of human resources administration.

  • Good communication and analytical skills and ability to work in a team.
