Job Description:
- Draft, review foreign trade contracts and update sales reports.
- Track and update price fix status.
- Synthesize and monitor the implementation of foreign trade contracts.
- Coordinate with other departments: KCS, production, warehouse to arrange packing and shipping schedule.
- Contact customers to provide instructions for packing and shipping goods to factories and warehouses.
- Make instructions for production, packaging, marking, booking, etc. for export shipments.
- Monitor and perform customs declaration for export shipments.
- Prepare payment documents for customers.
- Track, coordinate and handle the entire delivery process until completion.
- Coordinate and organize the implementation of work in the import-export document group.
- Customer care, answer customers about goods such as delivery schedule, marking confirmation, booking, …
- Receive, check customer complaints about quality, weight, etc., update and report to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure work is performed as required.
- Report directly to: Head of Import-Export Sales Department.
